Melodically Memorizing exists first and foremost, to bring glory to God, our Creator, sustainer, author of the Holy Word of God and, for the believer, our Lord and Savior.

We believe that the Bible is the holy, divinely inspired Word of God, given to us and written by God himself through men who were inspired by God, carried along by the Holy Spirit to write what we have now: the completed, inherent Word of God (2 Peter 1:21).

Melodically Memorizing is dedicated to memorizing Scripture, one melody at a time, for the purpose of knowing who God is, guarding our hearts from sin and error by knowing it, and in doing so, learning to walk with the Lord in righteousness, forsaking sin and loving His Word and commands (Psalm 1, Psalm 119:11).
